Patient Feedback and Suggestions

The Ballarat Surgicentre values feedback from patients and consumers as we are always looking to improve. We encourage feedback as part of our commitment to the highest standards of safety, security and comfort. We have a dedicated Consumer Liaison Representative that is actively involved in conducting interview and feedback surveys.

Consumer feedback is discussed at Board of Management Meetings and staff meetings and is relayed back to consumers through our consumer newsletters and consumer data interviews.

We also have a Consumer Liaison Representative, Mrs Joanne Dowie who can be contacted by calling 03 5303 0190 or by asking at reception. Jo is available to listen to patient feedback and recommendations. She also completes regular Consumer Interviews and provides wonderful support to patients.

Alternatively, suggestions can be forwarded to the below email or placed in the confidential Suggestions Feedback box located at reception for review and acknowledgement.

Complaints Process
