    Mrs Maria Souflas

    Chief Executive Officer

    With a background in Recruitment and Business Management Operations, Maria strives to make a positive difference in the healthcare experience of patients in the Ballarat and surrounding Victorian communities. Her experience in HR and recruitment has been a valuable tool to connect experienced, professional and highly skilled staff with the Ballarat Surgicentre business.

    Maria is the Chief Executive Officer of the Ballarat Surgicentre and Ballarat Skin Cancer Centre and is responsible for the overall operation of the Private Day Hospital Facility. She also manages and is accountable for the Front House, Administrators and Non Clinical team whilst working closely with the Director of Nursing.

    Maria leads her team with enthusiasm, sets high standards and her passion for providing exceptional customer service is clear and evident.

    In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, reading and attending AFL football games and is a very keen Geelong supporter.
