The values that underpin our behaviour

We treat all patients and service users with respect, communicating clearly, and involving people in decisions about their own care, keeping accurate records of treatments and interventions.

By understanding and living Ballarat Surgicentre’s values, we aim to create and sustain an organisation where we can all be proud of everything we do.
